The service was awful. The TV didn't work because it had been struck by lightning, the towels were still at the laundry for no good reason, and the water ran out while I was showering. It doesn't deserve even one star. I'd give it minus one.

Friendly people, good service, and everything was clean. It's close to food areas and well placed for shopping, a bit like Chinatown. Recommended, with star-hotel facilities at homestay prices.
