favehotel Olo - Padang

This was the worst Fave Hotel stay I've had. I've had no problems at their other locations, but the room noise here was so loud I barely slept all night. I arrived around 10 PM and needed a decent night's rest before catching the first flight to Jakarta in the morning. The staff weren't very helpful either. Just awful.

The room itself was fine for our one-night stay, but we were put on a floor that was still being renovated. Workers were there in the morning, with equipment around, and the receptionist never mentioned the renovation at check-in. I hope the hotel improves its service to make things better for customers.

The staff were very kind, professional and quick to respond. They were extremely helpful and always smiled at my family. Our room was clean, and I enjoyed spending time at this hotel. It has a lovely view and is near the sea, seafood restaurants and a plaza. I'd recommend staying here when you come to padang.

The service was great. The front office staff and management were responsive and helpful with requests. The location seems to be in a trade and business district, so it's strategic and easy to get between places, though tourist areas may be too far to walk to. I found stains on the sheets, bed cover and curtain, plus glue marks around the bathroom. The towels had holes in many places, as if torn. Breakfast didn't have many choices, but it was okay.
