We had no advance notice that we couldn't stay there. After arguing with the staff, my husband and I wouldn't leave until they gave us proof that they wouldn't accommodate us. At first they refused, but thankfully we got the statement in the end, and Agoda customer service needed it when we contacted them. We'd booked and paid online through Agoda, but when we arrived, they said the Agoda price didn't meet their expectations and asked for more money. We spent 15 minutes arguing with the receptionist, trying to get a clear explanation. They told us to call OYO, but no one answered, and we were scrambling to find another hotel. The whole thing was very stressful. The staff weren't helpful, and I think the management is poor. It was the first time in our lives we'd been so disappointed with a service.

I paid for the room through Agoda, but the staff said they hadn't received payment because of issues with OYO, then tried to charge more than the listed price. I left and found somewhere else to stay. Beware of this accommodation. It felt like a scam.

We received a booking confirmation after booking and paying, but on arrival they asked us to pay the same amount again. That didn't seem right, so we stayed elsewhere. Getting our money back took a lot of phone calls and emails. This hotel isn't serious and caused us a lot of trouble.

The bedroom smelled awful, and the bathroom was in a disgraceful state. When I told the staff, they didn't seem to care. A filthy guesthouse.

Why is the price higher than on Agoda?
