Hotel O Gurita Residence Syariah

We couldn't stay because the hotel was full, even though they could have simply approved a refund. They refused when we asked. This feels fraudulent, and I strongly don't recommend it. They took our money after we couldn't get a room. Don't use the Sharia label if the place is just a scam. Terrible hotel.

The price charged was higher than the one in our app booking. They claimed the listed price was too low, then blamed the person who made the reservation, which made no sense. Poor service. I'd avoid staying here.

The air conditioner was quite cold, but the room itself was cramped, dim, and felt like an old hotel. The TV didn't work, the Wi-Fi was slow, and there were lots of mosquitoes. The toilet was awful. I regret coming here and wouldn't recommend it.

I paid for two nights in the app and confirmed that I planned to arrive that evening, after checking the location in the afternoon. But when I got there at night, they said there were no rooms left and claimed the man hadn't checked in, despite my payment and confirmation. The receptionist was absent, and when I called the manager, they were irresponsible and just told me to ask for a refund. I really can't recommend this hotel.
