The room was disgusting, and service at the front counter was terrible. The Agoda photos bore no resemblance to the room I got, so I left straight away and found another place. It may be decent value for the money, and you get what you pay for, but those pictures are inaccurate. Easily one of the worst places I’ve come across.

The rooms are tastefully decorated, super clean, quiet, and the staff are very helpful. Rajawali is just around the corner for tasty food, and both the mosque and the seafront are within walking distance. I’ll definitely stay again when I’m in Padang.

The staff were really friendly, and we could walk to the main street and a few restaurants. We started in a clean, decent double room, then moved to a suite. Surprisingly, we liked the regular double room better. It was a nice stay.

The service was really bad, and I felt misled. If you book through an app and choose to pay cash at the hotel, be sure to get proof of payment.
