SPOT ON 90526 New Bunga Sonsang Homestay Syariah

Good.

I booked through the app well ahead of time, but after making the trip there, I was told there was no booking. Why was it confirmed in the app, then? They called it a trick. They also said the name didn't match, even though it was the same name as on the app. I had no choice but to pay again after traveling all that way and needing to order another taxi. Never stay here. Not recommended. If online bookings aren't accepted, they should remove the app listing. I also needed to get to the airport early, but every door was locked and the gate was padlocked. I had to climb over the fence to get out. Is this a guesthouse or a prison? Ridiculous.

I paid Agoda in full for a booking, but when I arrived, they said they no longer worked with Agoda and took no responsibility for it. Be cautious with places you're unsure about. If you can, confirm the booking before paying the full amount through an app or a third party.

I booked and paid, but once I arrived, the hotel rejected my reservation and said they don't work with any app. I feel like I've been scammed, so be careful and don't stay here.
