Kelapa Gading Guesthouse by OYO Rooms

Many of the wallpapers are damaged, and the air conditioning takes a long time to get cold. At night, the stairwell lights are off, so it's very dark. The location is fairly strategic, but the entrance is opposite the one Googlemaps directs you to, which could catch first-time visitors out. The receptionist wasn't very responsive when explaining how to get there, and nobody was guiding cars into parking. The phone number on Traveloka no longer works, but fortunately the one on Googlemaps does.

The guest house has only two floors and is tucked away in a very narrow alley. The rooms were fairly well equipped but small, and unfortunately they weren't clean. The surrounding area was dirty too, and the alley into the residential area wasn't paved.

Padang folks, what do I need if I want to stay overnight?

It's right in the middle of the city and fits the budget, though finding the entrance is a little tricky. I hope they improve the cleanliness.
