We spent several months in the Exclusive Apartment on the 5th floor, and it really did feel like home. Ms. Sherly, the manager, was amazing, and the whole team treated us warmly, from reception to housekeeping. Thanks to everyone for the great service. We’d happily recommend staying here.

The location worked really well for my solo trip, with the city mall nearby. I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. My single room had a shared toilet, but the staff were great and security was helpful, with CCTV throughout the place. The owner also offers motorcycle rental if you want one.

The staff service stood out to me, better than at most hotels under 500k, in my opinion. I booked a single room for 135k for one night because the double rooms were full on my dates. It was small and had a shared bathroom, though both the room and bathroom were clean and smelled nice. WiFi worked okay in the room, but I had no mobile reception there. There’s no breakfast, although food stalls are close by. The towel provided was a bit small, so you might want to bring your own. Good spot for a night in Padang, and I’d stay again when I’m back.

For a solo traveler, this is a cozy place right in central Padang. Padang beach is an easy walk away, with lovely Indian Ocean sunsets to enjoy.

I was surprised by how good this hotel was after booking it online. My single room cost 135k per night, and for under 200k, I think it’s the best value I’ve found among the hotels I’ve tried around Padang city. The shared bathroom was still clean enough, and the room smelled good. It’s also near the beach, a hospital, and a bookstore.
