I stayed for a week and found the bed comfortable, with enough AC to make the room pleasant. The bathroom was clean and had both hot and cold water. The landlord let guests dry laundry in the backyard, which was nice service.

We were charged an extra 248.000,- fee when we arrived. We were exhausted from a long trip and couldn’t find another place, so we agreed to pay. This place should not be advertised, it’s a SCAM!!! The first room had no windows, so we asked to move. The other room was just as dirty: the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned at all, and the walls and shelves were filthy. The door frame and door were falling apart and seemed dangerous. The advertised Wi-Fi didn’t work in the room, and the staff didn’t speak English at all. It was a nightmare, not a holiday. DO NOT STAY HERE.
