Urbanview Hotel Mine Residence Syariah

The location is tucked a long way down an alley, far from the main road, and I wouldn't consider it suitable for children. My family and I regret staying there. We left feeling deeply hurt by how the owner and staff treated us. They were arrogant, shouted at guests, spoke rudely and used filthy language. I was called a dog, and the owner provoked the couple, too. They yelled at guests to leave and switched off the room lights and facilities on their own, even though it was only noon. The owner also said they didn't care about Reddorse and didn't thank Reddorse. The room was dirty, and the bathroom was extremely filthy. The bed was badly damaged, with iron wires sticking out around the sleeping area, which felt dangerous. The owner's and staff's loud, rude behavior and dirty language made the place feel threatening for children. They showed no respect for children and weren't child friendly at all.
