Casa Mimba

We only had one night in Padangbai before catching a boat to the islands, and we're so glad we chose Casa Mimba. The house is splendid and has everything you could wish for. The staff were kind and clearly wanted us to enjoy our stay. They can also cook dinner, and the Balinese recipes were amazing 😋🤗 We'd recommend it 100% 👍

We stayed one night after a long trip. The quiet spot away from the city center meant there was no noise or disturbance, and both the beautiful room and lounge area made the stay pleasant. The three lovely ladies on staff were wonderful, thank you! 😊 Wi-Fi did go down for almost two hours, which had us worried with a project deadline coming up. We got it done in the end, but that cost the hotel one star. Still a very nice stay.

The people behind Casa Mimba made the stay feel like joining a family, even on a first visit. Mr. And Mrs. Beck have created a place with a lot of heart. Iluh, Suni and Iluh were wonderful, and their care and delicious breakfasts made every morning start with a smile. I loved the peaceful, elegant feel and how every detail made it easy to relax. The private pool, lush garden, and open spaces were beautiful. The ocean is only a few minutes away on foot, and I fell asleep each night to the sound of waves. My long beach walks were quiet, often with nobody else around. Nearby, there's also a beautiful white sand beach with crystal-clear water and almost no tourists. It felt like finding a secret world. Thank you for the laughter, warmth, and peaceful days. I can't wait to come back.

I stayed with friends in September 2022. We really liked the breakfast, with its wide choice, and the villa itself was beautiful, well equipped, and very comfortable, with a wonderful pool. It's surrounded by nature and close to the black beach of Mimba. The setting is very suggestive, though a bit far from the busy areas, so I'd advise arranging a taxi or rental with driver.
