The breakfast was really nice, and the hosts were friendly and helpful. I spent one night here before taking the ferry to the Gili Islands. The harbour is just a one-minute walk away, which was super convenient. They arranged a pickup and a tour of waterfalls and a temple for the following day. I already had my ferry ticket, but they offered to help with that too. I’d definitely stay again :)

The ferry terminal is a short walk away, so getting there for my morning departure was easy. I stayed for one night and had a great time. Ani is warm and genuine, and was very helpful arranging scooter rental, ferry tickets, and transport.

The room was clean and breakfast was okay, but we had to ask twice before anyone brought us two towels. We’d booked a sea view room with a large bed two days ahead, then arrived to find a ground floor room with no outside windows and two single beds, each with a tiny blanket. There’d been no warning about the change. Once we got there, we were given shifting explanations about renovations, no hot water, or no water at all. If repairs meant the room wasn’t available, it shouldn’t have been bookable, or we should have been told beforehand.

Ani was fantastic and even offered me a boat to Gili Trawangan. The seat was comfortable and it arrived on time. I had a wonderful stay, everything was perfect! I highly recommend it. 😁🫶🏼

The family running this guesthouse were extremely attentive. They helped arrange a taxi from the airport, and even sorted one when we returned to Bali, although we weren’t staying with them then. It’s good value and close to the port, handy for a night before taking the ferry in Pandangbai.
