I liked the location, since there were cheaper breakfast options around the hotel. Room 312 was small but clean. The hot-water shower didn't work, and the electric kettle leaked.

The TV and WiFi were good, unlike at some other hotels. But the shower temperature control was broken, the window curtain was in pretty bad shape, and the bathroom door had no lock and you could see inside from the side. It was dirty under the mattress too.

The rooms are a bit small, but clean and in good shape. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. I'd definitely come back.

The price felt fair for what you get, and the facilities are great. The service, though, was lacking during my stay. I waited six hours for my room to be cleaned after calling three times. I also asked for two bowls and a spoon, but they never arrived until I asked a staff member in the hallway myself.

The food was pretty good, with a national menu, bread for expatriates, and traditional snacks like Lemper, Bolu, and Pastel. My single room was very small, but worth the price, and at least it had a little desk for working on a laptop. Central Kalimantan is generally free from the possibility of earthquakes.
