I had a bad experience with room service. The soap had run out, and after I asked for a refill and left the room, I found footprints on the toilet mat and floor. At this price, that wasn't good service. The room itself was standard but spacious, and the receptionists were kind.

Bubur ayam was a highlight, and the chef made good food. Budiono and wahyu were very helpful arranging my small function. The hospitality from the kahayan restaurant and FO crew was really good. Thanks to all the luwansa crew, we'll be back!

The room was a good size, with decent beds and good air-conditioning. A couple of things were broken, but they fixed them as soon as I reported them, and I had a comfortable stay. I'd stick to the Indonesian food, since the 'Western' food wasn't quite what I expected.

For a work trip, the comfortable rooms were just right. The hotel is conveniently close to the city center and not far from Tjilik Riwut Airport.

My main concern was the hospitality when I got sick. They called a taxi to take me to the hospital and sent me alone, and they had no first aid medicine. The staff were polite and smiled, but it felt like procedure. The hotel itself was fine, with a large, clean room. Breakfast was okay, not especially good, and there is no pool.
