I paid through Agoda, but when I arrived to check in, staff told me they don't work with Agoda, RedDoorz, or Travelola. Avoid booking through a travel app if you don't want to be disappointed.

Please book directly and don't use the app. Staff said five more people had been scammed today, October 7th. They also said 13 people were scammed after booking through the app on Saturday, October 4th. We contacted customer service, but Traveloka doesn't want to know about the issue.

I've been scammed. This hotel doesn't exist, so beware and don't book through the app. Thanks.

I booked through Traveloka, but when I got there the rooms were full. Staff said they never worked with Traveloka.

Too bad the hotel's tricks aren't even on the app. Don't let anyone else book again.
