Algoritma Hotel

The restaurant is very simple, with a tiny selection of dishes. They should add more choices and put out more tables and chairs so breakfast is quicker and more comfortable. The bedroom itself is spacious and pretty good. Looking out the window, you can see the cafe and the two main roads that make the hotel well situated. The bathroom is standard, but it's short on equipment. Shampoo and soap run out easily, and refills are slow and disorganized.

The location makes it easy to get around town, and there's potential here. The meeting room is roomy enough for 40 people, while the bathroom is small but clean. Breakfast is okay, though I'd need to try more of the food before giving it another star. Staff should respond faster and work more efficiently when there are lots of customers.

The dining area is the real highlight at breakfast. It used to be a cafe, and the decor makes even a standard budget hotel breakfast feel comfortable. The parking area is huge because it's shared with the other businesses, but you need to register your car number to park for free. We booked two rooms, but couldn't get connecting rooms. Their reason didn't make sense to us, which was disappointing. They also required a deposit, something I really dislike at this kind of hotel. It's a nice budget option, and the rooms are small, as you'd expect, but very clean. It was previously Zuri Express and was later taken over by Algoritma, group of The Alts.

The staff and receptionist were all nice, but the room wasn't great for me. I requested a non-smoking room and could smell cigarettes as soon as I arrived. There were lots of stains on the bedsheet, and the towels were worn out. For one night it might be okay. If you're staying longer, I'd reconsider.
