I found it very comfortable. The pool was big and clean, and I saw it being cleaned each day. There's a smoking area on the 5th floor.

I stayed for two weeks. The staff were nice and my room was clean, but the meals were just so-so. There's a swimming pool and a gym, though the gym facilities are limited.

The staff were lovely, and breakfast was great. A really good hotel.

That bed felt softer than clouds, and the view from my room could've been from a Hollywood movie. The service made me feel like a celebrity, almost like a king. I nearly forgot to go home. 😃⭐⭐⭐⭐

The restaurant had plenty of dishes to choose from, and the food was good. The hotel itself was okay overall, though it needs renovation and the room furniture looked dated. It's in central Palembang, near the river and some supermarkets.
