This is my second stay at Harper Palembang, and it made for a really memorable experience. The food had plenty of variety and tasted very good, and the service was so friendly. The hotel and room were exceptionally clean. Special thanks to Mr. Yansari, who was the Manager on duty today. I'll keep choosing Harper when I'm in Palembang.

The staff really made the stay for me. From the marketing agent and reception to the cleaning team, everyone was helpful and did their best whenever I asked for something. The room was small, though clean and tidy, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, with Indonesian dishes and Palembang food such as pempek. There’s a garden by reception that brightens up the hotel. A liquor store is out front, and a bank and convenience store are nearby. It’s close to the overpass and not too far from Palembang trade center mall.

We had a memorable stay, thanks especially to Mr. Dayz, Mr. Rizal, Awaludin, Ratu Balqis, Mutiara, and the rest of the staff. Great facilities and excellent service. We’ll definitely come back!
