For the price, the quality is moderate, and it's not too bad. Breakfast is included, and the hotel is near Palembang's most famous mie celor. I stayed a second time in March 2019, and although the room looked cozy and clean, bedbugs bit my hands and legs. There were a lot of them.

There's a Dutch heritage building here, and the hotel is clean and comfortable. You can easily find food from early morning until midnight. An elementary school is right in front, with another nearby, so mornings and noon get crowded and noisy. Even so, it was a great stay for me as a tourist.

At the very least, they could provide a water heater. For the price relative to this region, there's a lot of room for improvement, though otherwise the place is fairly basic for what it costs. Keep in mind it's next to a mosque and two schools. Prayers are blasted at 5am, and the kids have assembly at 7am.

The owner was very helpful with information about the area. The room was clean and comfortable, and the AC was cool. The hotel is on the Trans Musi route, though the stairs to the second floor are steep and narrow.
