Hotel Lendosis Pipa Reja Angkatan 66 by OYO Rooms

The room was really comfortable and the AC was nice and cold. Friendly service, too. Don’t hesitate to come here!

We arrived with our family and parents after booking four rooms for different dates through the Traveloka app, and were disappointed to be told the hotel no longer partnered with it. The price wasn’t much, but we’d come all that way. I feel scammed. The hotel listing should have said it wasn’t partnered with Traveloka or Oyo. Why can’t I get a refund from Traveloka?

What happened really didn’t match what I expected 👎. The app price and the actual price were different. I booked through Shopee and paid at check-in, but they asked me to pay again, so I ended up paying twice. Why? The regular rate and the app rate are different. On top of paying double, the room was cramped and the toilet was so slippery that I fell. Please make the toilet more comfortable.

The room condition wasn’t worth the price, and the staff were unfriendly and lazy. I’d booked this hotel in Abu Samah through OYO, but they said they no longer worked with OYO, so I had to pay 180,000 Rupiah in cash. They couldn’t even help turn on the AC and TV. Please help customers with that!
