I booked two rooms through RedDoorz and paid in the app, but when I got there, the place was full. They told me they no longer worked with online booking services. The accommodation situation was really unclear.

Ass, I'm Dendi from Garuda Kost. I'm very sorry for the inconvenience and worry our guests have faced, especially around payments and administration, or the condition of Garuda Kost. We'll work on improving things. For anyone checking in, please make your transaction directly at Garuda Kost. Again, I'm Dendi from Garuda Kost, and I sincerely apologize. Thank you for your attention, Sir, Madam, family, and everyone.

I paid for my booking through Traveloka, but when I arrived they asked me to pay extra, saying the promotion had ended. If it was over, they should have taken the offer down. Someone who doesn't have enough money to cover the extra charge and can't get a refund would just lose out. I'm disappointed.

We were asked to pay more before we could enter the room, even though the price on the app was different. NOT RECOMMENDED. THANK YOU.
