We’d paid through Agoda, but when we reached Sultan Home Stay 3, the receptionist turned us away, saying they didn’t accept the price shown in the app. Friends planning to stay at Sultan Home Stay 1, 2 or 3 should reconsider. They can’t be trusted 😇😇😇😇😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

On January 21, 2025, I booked through Agoda and paid the full amount. They said that price wasn’t available and promised to return my money within two days, but I still haven’t received it. The service isn’t acceptable, so I wouldn’t stay here. I hope the place goes bankrupt soon.

The hotel is quite far from the airport. We booked through Detic.com at the listed price, but they asked for another 50 thousand rupiah, saying they had no rooms at the app’s price.

The owner seems untrustworthy. I booked a week before check-in, but when I arrived, all the rooms were full. They turned me away without refunding my money. The owner also wouldn’t accept the price shown in the app. The place is cramped, stuffy, dirty, and short on facilities. It doesn’t match the description.

Friendly people, and the place is clean and comfortable.
