Getting around is easy with a car, motorcycle, or an online ride through Gojek or Grab, though the location itself isn't the best. The place is lovely, with green gardens, ponds, and a small pool. It's one house with several air-conditioned rooms, and a great place to stay in Palembang.

The place itself is fairly comfortable, and the person who greeted us was nice, but it needs a lot of renovation. The admin was slow to reply, and it took hours to get the deposit back. The facilities are lacking: no toothpaste, just one towel per room, loose dining chairs, and a bathroom towel hook that came off before we could use it. The water in every bathroom was murky brown and tasted bitter, probably because it's well water. Watch out around the pool too, some tiles are cracked. Hopefully they can improve things.

The kitchen was dirty, and the location was very hard to find. Some bathrooms didn't work properly, there was no Wi-Fi, cooking utensils were scarce, and neither the AC nor the refrigerator got cold.

I wouldn't book or stay here again. The service was rude, the house looked bad, and the pool was dirty. Parking is cramped, and the prices are high for what you get.
