I’ve stayed here twice, in 2022 and 2024, and found the price reasonable. Breakfast was complimentary, and the room was fairly clean, with free bottled mineral water and soap in the bathroom. The road closure for construction made the hotel hard to reach both times. Aside from that repeated access problem, my stays were satisfactory.

The slow WiFi, limited TV channels, and water that wasn’t hot enough were the downsides. The food selection was a little limited, though it was okay overall. Service was very good and helpful for me, and they even remembered customers. It’s near the main street, with a convenience store and the LRT within walking distance. For someone like me who spends the day out in the field and only comes back at night, it’s a good, simple base in Palembang. A properly hot shower would make it perfect.

If you enjoy Indonesian food, this place is a good option. The staff are friendly, the WiFi is fast, and the room is spacious for a budget price. But noise from the crowds outside was bothersome since the room isn’t soundproof.

The room was clean, but the parking area was small and I had no hot water for my shower during my stay. Access felt very secure, since only cardholders could use the elevator to go up.
