I never actually got to stay. I booked through traveloka and went to ask if I could check in a little early, around 12:30 pm, but they turned me down quite bluntly because check-in is at 14:00pm. The way the staff and manager dealt with it was enough to make me cancel and look elsewhere. A bunch of rude people.
