The receptionist's attitude made me really uncomfortable, and when I reported the sharp bathroom door handle that injured me, the hotel staff just laughed. The room itself was nice and new, but this was my first stay and will be my last. I'm very disappointed. Please fix that handle before anyone else gets hurt. Also, the price didn't match the app: a deluxe room was 200 thousand, but it showed as 100 thousand when we paid through the app. They then asked us to pay extra, even though we'd booked with a promotion. Be careful when choosing this hotel.

We had already paid in full through the OVO app, but the room we booked was given to someone else. On top of that, they demanded another 50,000 IDR, saying they weren't making any profit, blah blah blah. They also wouldn't let us eat in the room and told us to fast there. This was awful.
