I had already paid through the app, but when I got there they sent me away, saying they didn't take online bookings. The man there had no shirt on and was smoking, with an angry look. When I showed him my payment proof, he turned around and went to get some wood. I got scared he was going to hit me.

This place should be reviewed again. Its operating permit doesn't meet accommodation standards, and it's still listed as partnered with various apps. People order and pay, then get refused at check-in because the guesthouse says its contract with the app has ended. It takes no responsibility for refunds. That's fraud through social media. The photos shown on the apps also no longer match what the place is actually like, leaving many people harmed. I hope the relevant authorities, including the police and tourism office, use consumer reports and reviews to follow up. The owner shouldn't just make money from these listings, but should take responsibility, especially since the guesthouse is still registered on several apps and no contract termination has been shown.

It's a guest house, after all. If you don't take bookings from apps, shut down those listings instead of keeping people's money. May what you've taken never sit well in your stomachs. I don't accept this, and I hope your stomachs burst. Amen.
