The room itself was okay, but when I forgot to bring an iron on my Palembang vacation, the borrowing experience was frustrating. In the afternoon they said another room had it. When I asked again that night and the next morning, I got the same answer. If there wasn't an iron available, they could've just said so instead of lying. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 They also said the WiFi wouldn't work. Sigh.

Not a satisfying experience. They made things complicated, and when I tried to confirm again, I got blocked.
