A quick heads-up about the times: check-in starts at 2:00 PM WIB, and check-out the next day is at 12:00 PM WIB. For two rooms, they ask for a 100 thousand rupiah deposit, maybe 50 thousand rupiah per room, min. I'm not sure how that works?! 🙏🏻 You get the 100 thousand rupiah back when you check out. I always ask about check-out times wherever I stay, just to be sure I won't get charged hehe. It happened today, but luckily the officer was understanding ✨ If you're checking in, try to do it one or one and a half hours before your stay ends. 'in this economy class, yorobuun' Honestly, the staff were kind but firm, and I applaud them for that 🙏🏻 One suggestion: put the C.I./C.O. information on the reception desk inside, so staff can give clear information if a guest asks about check-out and avoid miscommunication.

When hotel items go missing, we're told to pay compensation. But when our belongings are taken, they just say, "Sorry, they thought it was trash," and don't give them back. That's all.
