We wanted to leave and find somewhere else. The bathroom was dirty, and the water came from a bucket. The room was filthy too, with holes all over the walls, a slanted mattress, and wires sticking out that kept stabbing us.

I booked through Agoda, but when I arrived they asked me to pay extra. I’d received an email confirming the booking, yet the receptionist said there was no proof. Then they said my details were already in the system and told me to just add money. It felt suspicious, but since the booking couldn’t be refunded, I paid what they asked. The room looked nothing like the photos. The spa smelled bad, the AC was broken, the curtains were see-through, it was hot, and the old TV wouldn’t turn on. The blanket smelled too. I felt so uncomfortable when I saw the room that I couldn’t sleep, and I was scared enough to go straight back to reception to ask for a refund. They wouldn’t give one. I lost the money from the app, and there was no confirmation because the receptionist had messed with things. I want the owner of this guesthouse to take responsibility, or I’ll take legal action because I feel cheated and harmed.

For 158 thousand, breakfast is included, but the room is still just like that. What are you supposed to do with the breakfast? 😆😆 The room feels scary, and the bed is like iron 😅. jeraaaaa jeraaaa, huhuhuhuuuuu. Not recommended.

I regretted coming here. The room smelled like urine and cigarette smoke, the sheets were dirty, and there was dust everywhere. I didn’t end up staying.
