The location is handy, right across from PTC, and the price is affordable without feeling cheap. We were satisfied with our stay. The place was clean, including the room and toilet, and the water ran well. The AC was cold too. There’s a hot water dispenser, and guests can make coffee and tea. The lobby has a TV and free WiFi that worked smoothly, plus there’s a kitchen guests can use for cooking. Each room has a bin outside it. Sandals aren’t allowed past the front of the lobby, which helps keep things clean.

For that price, it’s fine for taking a break and getting some rest. There is AC, but be firm from the start. If it isn’t cold, ask to change rooms.

It’s actually a monthly boarding house that also rents rooms by the day, right in the city center, across from PTC mall in a small alley behind the mosque. Parking feels secure and there’s plenty of space. The property looks comfortable overall, with lots of rooms up to the third floor, though there are karaoke parties on weekends. My room felt stuffy, and most windows don’t look out onto the outside. Maybe because I got a cheap discount, the mattress was flat. I asked to switch, but the other mattresses outside were the same. The toilet faces the wall, which makes it a bit hard to use, and the fan was somewhat dirty, so I sneezed a little the first time I used it. The room also had a table, chairs, towels, soap, a towel rack, and a wardrobe.
