Getting there was easy, especially with Google Maps. My room was nice and the AC worked well. I also enjoyed swimming: the water was clean and not too cold. There were plenty of tasty choices at both breakfast and dinner, and the service was great. Five stars all around.

There are lots of trees and plants around the hotel, which make it feel cool and shady. The place is quite good, but the pool had a lot of leaves floating in it and seemed a little dirty. I had to ask the staff to clean it first.

The rooms were spotless, just as I expected, and the staff were friendly and nice. Both the old and new buildings have a swimming pool. One thing to note is that the new building doesn't have free Wi-Fi. Strongly recommended.

The hotel is about 10 minutes from the airport, which is convenient, and the surroundings are pleasant. My room wasn't as comfortable as it looked, though: the bathroom floor drain was clogged and the sink leaked. They had a simple breakfast ready at 6 a.m.

After the tsunami and earthquake in Palu, this hotel welcomed volunteers from outside the city for free. Even though they slept in tents outside the rooms, they could still use the showers and other facilities. At a time when no hotels in Palu were operating, that help meant a lot. The owner was surely good to them. So lovely.
