Khas Palu Hotel

I really liked how cozy the room was, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is fairly new, nicely decorated, and well located, with clean toilets, a working hot shower, good Wi-Fi, and a nice smart TV. Staff were supportive and well trained, and room service had tasty food at reasonable prices. Still, I can't say whether I'd recommend it. The connecting door in my room let through constant noise from next door, including loud talking, laughing, furniture moving, and banging on the door. I asked to move from day one, even though the hotel wasn't full, but they didn't grant my request. For a light sleeper, this room definitely won't work. After they replied to my review, I was also put off by the general manager's template response. It didn't seem to address my feedback properly and felt pointless.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast had a good variety for different tastes. My spacious, very comfortable room was spotlessly clean, a great place to relax after a long day of travel. The hotel is also ideally placed between the airport and the city center, so getting around was convenient. I'd highly recommend it for a comfortable, hassle-free stay.

It's a new hotel in Palu, with nice rooms and good service. It's also close to the airport, and definitely worth considering when visiting the city.

Clean hotel, great staff, and a good place to stay.
