The bathroom was dirty, and the room was awful and very unclean. The hotel seemed full, maybe because a company had booked it. The food was no good at all.

The slow WiFi was a real hassle when I needed to stream or send emails, and breakfast was only okay. More food choices would be welcome. Still, I enjoyed staying here: the room was comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, and I liked the dorm-style setup because it felt safer in an emergency. The hotel is near the mountain, and it was easy to get around or order food using Grab or Gojek. I’d choose this kind of place again for a business trip in Palu.
