The room was nice and worth the price, and we stayed for six nights. But the communication was really poor. We extended our stay by one night, then in the morning they told us we had to leave because the place was fully booked online. They’d even tried to open our door without knocking first.

The location takes a bit of effort to get around from since it’s somewhat far from busy central Palu, but that wasn’t a dealbreaker for me. There’s a cafe right beside the hotel, plenty of places to eat nearby, and an Indomaret across the road. For an affordable hotel, the room was pretty good. I liked having a smart TV, the air conditioning worked well, and the bed was comfortable. I’m taking off a service star because my room wasn’t cleaned one day, and the water I’d ordered in the morning hadn’t been replenished. Otherwise, it’s okay and could work well for a stay in Palu.

The room and bathroom are both spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and had a water heater. For the price, the facilities and location feel worthwhile. It’s right beside Indomaret, and there’s someone selling yellow rice across from it in the morning. The room TV is a smart TV with YouTube and Netflix, and the password is provided. Wi-Fi is generally smooth, though it cuts out briefly sometimes. The staff are friendly, and you can have food from the cafe next door delivered to your room.
