The service was really poor. The room was dirty and smelled like urine, and there was plenty of trash in the bathroom. The AC looked unusable, too. There was no security guard, and getting in or out by car was awkward since you had to get out yourself. Please keep the listing accurate. If you no longer work with OYO, take down the sign. And if you're booking here, don't pay online. They may refuse you when you arrive. 🤣

The bed had a soft spring mattress, the AC was cold, the sheets and pillows were clean, and there was no odor. But the floor in the room and toilet was very dirty, and the bathroom water barely flowed and smelled strong. There was no TV, Wi-Fi, welcome drink or snack, towels, soap, or shampoo. The service also felt unprofessional. There was no phone number or person to welcome you, so you have to open and close the gate and arrange your own parking. The room layout didn't match the photo.

The rooms weren't maintained well, the AC was noisy, the water was discolored, and the service was bad. It also turned out they had no operating permit. I checked the permit, and it wasn't in the manager's name. If there's a guest book, please include photos of guests from the past 2 years. Otherwise, the current manager is fake. The owner was asked to pay the manager, whose ID card is SBY, who has lived at the OYO for years without paying. Your calculations are hilarious.

It was quiet and comfortable for the price, and the rooms were clean. The place is also close to the city center. But the tap didn't work in the morning, just when it was really needed. There were no prayer directions, which was confusing for a place that calls itself a "sharia" accommodation. No 24-hour security guard either, and I couldn't find a phone number for complaints or technical problems.
