We arrived late the night before, then the next morning the man there made us leave before checkout time. There was no Wi-Fi and no friendly welcome. He also asked us to pay cash for keeping our bags at reception, which seemed like it would go straight into his pocket. His manner was very arrogant. We left to pack our things, otherwise we would have booked more nights.

The price was affordable, and there are inexpensive places nearby to get breakfast. Still, my online booking was for a top-floor room by the pool, but they put me downstairs instead. Wi-Fi kept cutting out, mosquitoes were everywhere, and cats came into the room looking like they hadn't been fed. It's also a fair way from the tourist center.

We paid for three days here, then gave up and booked somewhere else. The hotel is a long way from the center, and the rooms, sheets, and curtains were disgusting. When we asked for clean sheets, they told us there were no employees. The manager was no use at all and didn't even answer the phone. He clearly doesn't know how to manage the place. The hotel was already empty, and the whole situation was beyond disgraceful.
