The hotel was nice and the staff were very friendly. We appreciated everyone trying to speak English, thank you! The bedding in our room was okay, though it had holes. Other guests said theirs was dirty. The room was dim, with no suitable light for doing makeup. At first, the water pressure was weak and rinsing long hair was difficult. It improved the second day, but then a foul sewer smell came up. There was no soap, just two little containers of shower gel and shampoo. At breakfast, many dishes and pieces of cutlery were dirty, and staff handled the food unhygienically, sneezing into it and touching it with their hands.

The location is strategic, and the staff are so friendly. Breakfast had a varied menu, and the service felt like a five-star hotel. Take some time to enjoy the sunset from the rooftop. We’ll come back when we visit Pangandaran again.

Just checked in on 06 jan 26. The room needs more maintenance, but the staff, security, and crew are superbly friendly, have great attitudes, and provide perfect hospitality.

Breakfast was OK. The room itself was fine, but the bathroom needs urgent improvement: the shower curtain was stained, and the sink and shower faucets looked disgusting.
