The beachside location is handy, and the front office ladies were fine. The cleaning staff, though, didn't seem trained in hospitality, so don't count on good service. It's a three-star hotel, and the quality is what you'd expect at that level.

Even with the mini waterpark, I wouldn't recommend it for a family holiday. The rooms seemed unclean and had a mildew smell.

Really disappointed. Everything was very dirty, including the bed, blanket, and bathroom. Definitely wouldn't recommend it. 👎👎👎👎
