The location is right at an intersection near Indomart. Staff were friendly, and the room was clean, with fresh-smelling sheets and pillows, cool AC, and good TV programs. They cleaned up trash when it appeared and mopped the floor outside the room when guests’ shoes made it dirty, especially in the rain. Great.

At 300,000 there are plenty of better hotels nearer the beach, and even at 450,000 you can find better value. This was my worst stay in Pangandaran. I went by at 11 am to ask about early check-in and was told the price would change from 139,000 to 300,000, with the remaining 161,000 to be paid at check-in because I had booked through the app. When I returned at 6 pm ready to pay that 161,000, my room had already been occupied. They offered another room for 450,000, so I would have paid twice what I’d booked through the app. The service was really disappointing. The receptionist wasn’t there, and the man I spoke with was arrogant and didn’t apologize. He just said, “We didn't receive the money, it went into the app.”

I really regret staying here. The TV and door were broken, the toilet was a little clogged, and a lot of the facilities were lacking. Service was awful, and it was hard to make a complaint. Not enjoyable at all.
