Breakfast was enjoyable, with a decent mix of local and international dishes. The location is handy for shopping and restaurants, while still being quiet enough to rest. Staff were friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to requests. At Aston Emidary Bangka, my room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with good amenities and a pleasant city view. It felt like good value for money and one of the best places to stay in Bangka. I'd gladly return and recommend it to business or leisure travelers.

The spa was wonderful, and there was a great variety at the breakfast buffet. The room was spacious, spotless, and had a comfortable bed. The location was perfect, and the staff were so welcoming and attentive. Thank you, aston emidary 🫶🫶

The service really stood out, especially Rizki at reception. He was kind, friendly, and helpful, and took his time to make sure everything was handled. He made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well kept, and the location was convenient.

The restaurant could use a little improvement, but overall, good job. Hospitality gets five stars from me, and all the staff were helpful. My room stayed comfortable and smelled good from my first day at aston emidary Bangka. I think it's one of the best Aston hotels in Indonesia.
