The staff served us well at the front desk and in the breakfast area. Yesi (Diah) was one of the people who greeted us. But the room and hotel areas were not clean or well maintained to the standard I associate with Hotel Santika. In room 226, some walls were dirty, the mattress and pillows were in poor condition, and the bathroom facilities looked old and neglected.

The view and service were both so bad. I didn't expect the room to look like that, and when I asked to switch rooms, they wanted extra money. Such a bad experience.
