Oyo 3438 Pasir Padi Inn Syariah

I had several problems during my stay, and the service was a big letdown despite the low price. We waited around five hours without water, and when I checked again, they still couldn't say when it would be back. There was no Wi-Fi, despite Agoda listing it, and we had to ask for basic things like a water heater. When I tried to cancel and get a refund, they made it difficult, saying we'd already used the room even though it lacked proper facilities. The first room was dusty, including the bedsheet. I asked for a clean sheet, but was told it was new, though it looked like it may have been there for days or weeks. The AC also wouldn't turn on, so they moved us to a second room, which was cleaner and had working AC. The person in charge said the water supplier had a problem and it would be fixed that afternoon, but after waiting 4-5 hours there was still no water and no estimate for when it would return. I had to push to get help with things like the bedsheet and water heater, and they didn't offer a solution to the major problem.
