The staff deserve the credit here. They were polite and always ready to help. The hotel is good for its price and location, and management could make it much better by building on that strong location. With a bit more investment and a willingness to try new things, it could appeal to the whole city market.

I couldn’t sleep well during our stay. The hotel felt very old and creepy, and the lighting was poor. The water heater didn’t work, and someone knocked on my friend’s room door, but nobody was there. The curtains opened by themselves. Then we saw a POCONG and a FEMALE GHOST sitting in the chair, along with several other disturbances.

The room was dark, messy, and very dirty, with animal feces on the floor. It wasn’t a proper place to sleep, and it didn’t feel like a professional hotel. I really wouldn’t recommend staying here.

I stayed one night. The room was quite good, and the view from the sixth floor was nice.

A clean, decent hotel right in the city center, close to the government office.
