The location is a real plus, right in the city center and close to a lot of places. I stayed at Swiss-Belhotel Pangkalpinang on April 27th 2026. The room had plenty of space and was comfortable, and I liked the food, especially the local lempah kuning, which was surprisingly tasty. There was a decent variety too. Service was satisfactory. The amenities felt basic and a little limited compared with other hotels in the same category. The gym has essentials like a bench press, treadmill, and dumbbells, but it’s in a closed basement, so it feels stuffy and has no view. The hotel feels a bit old, but I was still comfortable there and thought it was good value.
