A great place to relax in Bali, whether you’re a couple or a big family. It’s affordable, clean, modern, and well equipped. The accommodation is close to the beach and has easy access to Kedungu town, with a beach, restaurant, and fitness center all within walking distance. Each room has its own bathroom and toilet, plus air conditioning. There’s a large, clean pool and covered outdoor seating with a refrigerator. Sun loungers and two outdoor bathtubs are also available. I highly recommend it.

The villa was nice, but it could use more maintenance. Some toilets were dirty, and when I was there, there was no gas or towel. The duvet was dirty too, and I don't know why.

We had friends staying in two other Joshua district villas, and theirs were in just as poor a state, nothing like the pictures either. We strongly recommend avoiding this villa and the others in the Joshua district villas. We only received the check-in details the day before arriving. At the villa, the pool was green and unusable, the rooms were extremely dirty, and the furniture was old, broken, and in bad condition. The coffee machine was broken, the fridge didn’t cool properly, and a building was going up right in front of the villa in the rice field, blocking the view advertised on the website. The restaurant staff tried to contact the main villa managers, but couldn’t get through. The managers showed no interest or care about the green pool or our dissatisfaction with a villa that didn’t match the online images. Despite the worn and poor condition, we were given no refund, not even a partial one. We highly recommend not staying here at all.

We stayed with friends while we were in town for a wedding at a local resort. The host was quick to respond and accommodating. It was good value and just what we needed. Highly recommend.
