Villa Vedas

Villa Vedas was our first choice for a Bali wedding venue, and we were lucky to get a cancellation after checking the calendar several times a day. We married there in October last year, and the beachfront setting made the celebration feel private and magical, with ocean views and golden sunsets. The villa is gorgeous, with spacious rooms, beautiful pools, and Balinese and modern architecture that connects naturally with the outdoors. Our family and guests loved the relaxed, elegant atmosphere. The Villa Vedas team took great care of us throughout the stay and celebrations, with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail. Saffron Bali Catering deserves a special mention. The food and drinks were delicious, beautifully presented, and enjoyed by every guest. Their smooth, thoughtful service made all our event meals even better. Looking back at the photos, it still feels like a dream. It’s a world-class venue for a wedding or special event, and we’ll treasure the experience. If you’re considering it, book quickly.

Our wedding at Villa Vedas on September 5, 2025 was magical. Kadek Lia first met us when we visited in November 2024, helped us secure the booking, and stayed our main contact through the months of planning. She was responsive and accommodating, worked with us on the menu, and made sure there were choices for our vegan and lactose-intolerant guests at the sit-down dinner. She helped settle the wine selection and coordinate our requests, and even returned the mannequin we’d hired to our bridal boutique after the event. That was thoughtful of her. Saffron Catering’s in-house team did a wonderful job on the wedding day. We’d been concerned after the welcome dinner on the 4th didn’t quite meet expectations, but they turned things around completely. The food and cocktails were outstanding, and every dish was excellent, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about them. There were a few small logistical snags. We could only book for two days, so checking out at noon after celebrating until 3 a.m. was hard. A three-day option or even checkout at 1 p.m. would make leaving easier. The team packed our things efficiently, but a few items, including sunglasses left behind by guests, weren’t recovered. Other belongings, such as shoes, were kindly delivered the next day. Some coordination with our wedding planner also missed the mark. We’d hoped for a champagne station next to the seating chart, and dedicated carts for the gelato and taco stations instead of reusing the coconut stand. These were minor oversights in an otherwise seamless, spectacular day. The villa’s architecture, views, and spacious grounds make it an ideal setting for a destination wedding. Despite the few bumps, we’re grateful to Villa Vedas and Saffron Catering for making our day so special. We’ll always cherish the memories and would recommend it to couples dreaming of a Bali wedding.

The location was incredible and the rooms were clean. We got married at Villa Vedas in April, and the villa was breathtaking. The staff were incredibly kind and gave service worthy of five stars. The kitchen made the best food we had on our whole trip. I can’t recommend it enough.

I spent two nights here for my brother’s wedding, and it was spectacular. The villa was stunning, and the staff were friendly and very efficient. When my son became sick, they called a doctor straight away and arranged for them to reach the villa within 1.5 hours. That was a huge help. The staff really look after you. I definitely recommend it.
