8/10
There were several room options at different prices, and the staff were friendly. I liked having tea, coffee, and water in the room, plus plenty of places to eat nearby. The shower leaked a little, but it was still OK. A comfortable spot while travelling from Padang to Medan, and I’d stay again.

The shower didn’t work, even though we’d booked one of the higher-end rooms. The room also had a strange smell, and it wasn’t very clean. Breakfast choices were limited.
