We had a nice dinner on Christmas Eve. The employee was responsive and the hospitality was good, especially from Ghalyze.

The hotel has EV charging now, which is really convenient, and the service was good. Breakfast didn't have many options, but the nasi goreng was delicious.

Check-in went smoothly even though we arrived close to midnight, and they didn't ask for a deposit. When I asked for the Wi-Fi password, the receptionist insisted there wasn't one, so we couldn't get online. The engineer tried to fix a bedroom lamp that kept flickering and making noise, but couldn't. The bathroom lamp was out too, and there was no spare to replace it. The location and view are good, and there's a swimming pool, though its cleanliness was questionable. The breakfast area was dirty, and seeing the state of the kitchen put me off my food. The menu wasn't worth mentioning. This hotel isn't ready to serve guests as a hotel.

We stayed here recently, in March 2025. The staff were friendly, but finding a cockroach in the bedroom was terrifying. The breakfast was very disappointing too. No wonder nobody wants to stay here!

The hotel is some distance from the tourist attractions, so it suits anyone looking for somewhere quiet. When we checked in today, our room was in bad condition, like in the picture. We complained, and the staff responded straight away by moving us to another room. They may want to improve how they clean the rooms.
