I traveled all the way from New Zealand to visit Oasis glamping. The location and views are amazing, but the hot tub never got properly hot and kept going cold while it filled. The gas heater was faulty. One staff member was very rude when I raised it and tried to blame the mountain water source, which clearly isn't hot water. They gave us a small discount for the first night, but nothing was done for the second. This seems clearly to be a gas heating problem. It wasn't a full glamping experience, and I wouldn't recommend it.

The service and place are great, and I'd recommend staying here. One thing: karaoke should be by request. Yesterday some guests arrived after midnight and sang during rest time, which was really annoying.

There's a lot provided here, even snacks, and they already have a campfire. The view is really good, and the staff are friendly and available into the evening. I had a great stay and would come back.

The service was friendly, and both the place and the view are lovely. I don't regret staying here, and the kids want to come back next time.
